The Construction Helper supports carpenters and other trades by performing general labor tasks, material handling, and basic construction activities in an outdoor, industrial environment. This role involves crating and uncrating pallets, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting with a wide range of construction duties while working closely with an experienced team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Crate and uncrate pallets safely and efficiently, ensuring materials remain organized and protected.
