Position Summary

The General Superintendent provides portfolio-level field leadership for Marian Construction and is accountable for consistent, predictable execution across all active projects. This role exists to ensure field operating systems are fully installed, standards are enforced uniformly, and execution outcomes are reliable without heroics.

The General Superintendent produces results by enforcing the Foreman and Superintendent Operating Systems at scale, inspecting outcomes across projects, aligning staffing to project complexity and risk, removing systemic constraints, and developing field leadership capability. This role does not manage day-to-day project execution. Crews, Foremen, and Superintendents execute the work; the General Superintendent leads through standards, inspection, coaching, and escalation.
