Location: Ellensburg, WA (Must live within 30–45 minutes)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to support a multi-unit project in the Ellensburg area. This role will be responsible for assisting with daily site operations and stepping in to run the job site when the Superintendent is off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site

+ Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule

+ Maintain quality control across all phases of construction

+ Enforce job site safety standards and company policies

+ Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team

+ Step in to manage the site independently when needed
