MN Contracting is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Estimator / Tender Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documents. Prepare quantity take-offs for construction scopes such as drywall, framing, ACT ceilings, painting, flooring, concrete, renovations, and general construction work. Assist with pricing labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor scopes. Prepare and submit tender packages before closing deadlines. Contact suppliers and subcontractors for pricing. Track tender opportunities, bid deadlines, addenda, and project requirements. Prepare estimate summaries, scope sheets, exclusions, clarifications, and proposal documents. Follow up with general contractors, project managers, and clients regarding submitted estimates. Maintain organized project folders, drawings, pricing, and tender documents.
