Required Expertise The candidate must have hands-on experience in quantity takeoffs, material estimation, project pricing, bid preparation, and complete cost analysis for construction projects. The applicant should be capable of reviewing drawings and specifications professionally while identifying accurate quantities, labor costs, material pricing, and project allowances.
