This role is responsible for identifying bidding opportunities, performing accurate takeoffs, and producing competitive, profitable bids across both private and public sectors.

The ideal candidate is not just a number cruncher — they are a pipeline builder who understands how to find work, evaluate opportunities, and help drive consistent backlog for a fast-scaling contractor.
Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities: Identify and source bidding opportunities
Private work (developers, general contractors, utility clients)
Public work (PlanetBids, Caltrans, municipalities, primes)
Perform detailed takeoffs
Underground utilities (dry utilities, joint trench, HDD)
