Assist the PM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules Review drawings, plans and change orders to verify the structural integrity of materials and designs, and perform complex calculations and use modelling methods Participate in the initial planning and bidding processes, including reviewing environmental factors, government regulations, constructions costs and risk analysis reports Prepare & submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval Ensure progress in accordance with the schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical/drawing issues are resolved on time.
