Construction Coordinator/Planner
The Construction Coordinator is responsible for the overall modular construction program of the Affiliate in accordance with the direction and objectives set by the Executive Director.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible schedule – 20 hours per week.
- Hybrid work location with minimum office hours and remote locations based on the needs of the job.
- Salary – $30 per hour.
- Generous paid time‑off to include 3 weeks of PTO starting, 10 paid holidays, 3% SIMPLE IRA match, and 5% other compensation (total value up to $5,496.00).
- Training is available through Habitat (HFHI), Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN), and locally.
Key Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in construction project management and/or a combination of 2-5 years of experience in the construction fields.
