Job Description Construction Solicitor – Contentious – London

A leading UK firm is looking to strengthen its London construction disputes team with the hire of an Associate. You’ll join a sizeable contentious construction group handling a broad mix of disputes including precedent setting high Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court cases.

Running your own contentious construction files

• Building strong client relationships and supporting BD initiatives

• Contributing to seminars, training sessions and publications

You’ll be a confident, commercially minded construction disputes lawyer with:

3–5 years’ PQE in contentious construction

~ Solid understanding of the key legislation and procedural rules governing construction disputes

~ High‑quality, varied and strategically interesting disputes
