At Tesco, we’re proud to keep our stores safe, legal and fully operational for customers and colleagues. Connectivity of our systems and networks is critical, and we need a Connectivity Maintenance Technical Manager to set and deliver the national strategy for connected assets.

The manager will lead the maintenance discipline across the retail estate, ensuring safe, compliant and cost‑effective management of all connected assets. The role supports field teams, contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe, legal and functioning estate for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national Connectivity, Controls and BMS maintenance strategy, ensuring technical standards, governance frameworks, statutory compliance and best‑practice processes are consistently applied.
