We offer two complementary PhD trajectoriesPhD 1 – NICU / medical focus
You will work on the implementation of non-separation and immediate kangaroo care, and conduct data collection in the NICU setting.Background: Master’s degree in Medicine, Obstetrics, Midwifery, or relatedFlexibility and experience is required to support preterm deliveries.PhD 2 – Developmental / analytical focusYou will lead the follow-up measurements at 6 and 14 months and contribute strongly to data analysis and modelling.Background: Psychology, Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, or related, with a passion for infant research.Experience with, or a strong motivation to learn, psychophysiological methods, programming (R, Python, Matlab) and advanced statistics is valued.What you will doYou will engage in hands-on, interdisciplinary research, including:Parent–infant dual measurements (“hyperscanning”) of EEG, ECG, hormones and behaviour during kanga...
