Lead Configurator (8–12 Years)

Role Purpose

The Lead Configurator is responsible for leading configuration activities across customer implementations and ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality configurations across IAN products.

The role acts as the configuration lead for implementation teams, guiding Configurators, establishing standards and best practices, and driving reuse of configuration assets across customer implementations. The Lead Configurator works closely with Business Analysts, Implementation Architects, QA teams, and Product Teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
