As a dynamic and growing non-profit organization, our mission is to help others launch, grow, and sustain impactful businesses by providing access to capital, resources, and community.

Headquartered in Anderson, Indiana, FEC plays a vital role in strengthening Central Indiana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem - one business at a time. Our team utilizes a robust economic development toolkit that includes a small business loan program, a full-service training and conference center, and over 250,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space.
