Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all the sites
- Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities
- Lead a team of technical officers or technicians in troubleshooting, preventive management and breakdown maintenance
Job Requirements - Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
