Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the estate
Lead and propose measures in compliance with Singapore workplace safety and health for vendors engaged in maintenance, cleaning and security works
Manage contracts and performance of service providers
Convene and attend all meetings of the Developer and / or MCST Council
Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF / SF contributions
Manage complaints and ensure prompt responses to clients
Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies
Requirements
Degree in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate or its equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
