Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Support handover preparation and ensure required documents and materials are completed accurately and on time
- Conduct inspections to ensure units are ready for handover and identify defects for rectification
- Coordinate with contractors and homeowners to arrange rectification works and follow-up inspections
- Monitor defect rectification progress and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines
- Handle homeowner enquiries and complaints professionally and support timely resolution
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handover operations
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
