The ideal candidate will be adept at generating customer proposals, developing project strategies, and ensuring the successful execution and closeout of projects.
Responsibilities

+ Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate in developing a big strategy for a project.

+ Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.

+ Perform job setup for projects, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.

+ Generate and maintain correct and timely project information.

+ Create preliminary schedules for projects.

+ Perform organized and accurate takeoffs for projects.

+ Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational support to develop accurate project plans.
