**Job Title: Concrete Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced Concrete Laborers to support site and utility-related concrete work. This is a direct hire, union opportunity offering long-term, steady work. Projects are primarily located within Franklin County, with occasional travel within a 100-mile radius depending on project needs.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with concrete placement, finishing prep, and cleanup.
+ Set and strip forms for flatwork and site concrete.
+ Grade and prep sites for concrete placement.
+ Support pours for sidewalks, curbs, pads, and utility-related concrete work.
+ Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, vibrators, and screeds.
+ Assist finishers with pour timing, flow, and consistency.
+ Maintain job site cleanliness and follow all safety standards.
