**Job Title: Concrete Laborer**

**$23-$30+/hr Monday-Friday**

**Job Description**

This role involves setting and finishing concrete wall forms for residential and commercial projects within a one-hour radius of Fargo. You will contribute to high-quality concrete work by preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete walls while working as part of a field crew. Transportation is provided to and from job sites, and crew members return home every night.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set, align, and secure wall forms for residential and commercial concrete projects.
+ Prepare work areas, including measuring, marking, and laying out forms according to project specifications and drawings.
+ Assist with mixing, pouring, and placing concrete to ensure proper coverage and structural integrity.
+ Perform concrete finishing using trowels, floats, edgers, and other finishing tools to achieve smooth and accurate surfaces.
