They are looking for a Customer Service Officer who will help to manage the mall's information counter and handle enquiries.

• Managing the customer service counter
• Handling enquiries from shoppers/tenants
• Assisting with redemption campaigns and events

• Minimum 1-2 years of frontline customer service experience in shopping malls
• Good communication skills
