Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona , within the Guest Services & Concierge Department , the Concierge Trainee supports the Concierge and Guest Services team while developing a comprehensive understanding of the department’s daily operations, procedures, and service standards. The Concierge Trainee reports to the Head Concierge / Guest Services Manager .

Responsibilities

1. Welcome the clients of various sectors according to established procedure.
2. Be familiarized with the entire Hotel product and services that are offered including IT & T equipment.
3. Management of different guest’s requests (restaurant reservations, flight bookings, lost luggage, etc.).
