Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a warm, courteous, and professional experience at all times.
• Assist with luggage and shopping, call lifts, and maintain a welcoming presence at reception.
• Coordinate with contractors and the fire brigade due to ongoing cladding remediation works on site.
• Conduct regular patrols and fire safety checks, monitor CCTV systems, manage keys, post, and parcel handling accurately.
• Maintain detailed handover reports at the end of each shift and ensure all systems are kept up to date with relevant activity.
• Exercise discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in a development that houses VIPs, Lords, and Ladies.
