A Guest Service Executive acts as an ambassador of the hotel by providing special assistance and information about local area attractions to guests and patrons, offering a wide selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction. What will I be doing?

As a Guest Service Executive, you are part of the Concierge team and act as a connection between Guests and various hotel departments. You are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
