Position Summary:


This position is responsible for greeting hotel guests in a warm and sincere manner and providing outstanding customer service.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Assists hotel guests with check-in and reservations
+ Assists guests with various requests and needs and coordinates details with necessary departments or vendors
