As the CACI Concept Developer for the United States Army Special Operations Command's (USASOC) G9 CBA project provide research, analysis, and concept document development capability to enhance USASOC G9 Directorate's understanding of the future operating environment; develop and revise strategic and operational Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) concepts and develop and maintain the Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM).
