Job Description
The candidate will work in the Litigation Support Division’s Practice Management group which oversees the agency’s matter management system (LawManager) and associated reporting, as well as the agency’s document management system (iManage/Filesite) and the agency’s implementation of body worn camera system (Evidence.com). The candidate will assist to administer, maintain and troubleshoot the Department’s document management system and the evidence tracking system. The candidate will assist to expeditiously and efficiently provide technical desktop support to ensure optimal performance and maximize utilization of the systems.
Typical tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Provision and maintain access to systems to ensure proper operation of the environment and to enable users to attain satisfactory outputs. As needed, will act as a liaison to the HelpDesk to resolve technical issues and to provide speedy resolution to technical problems when ...
