As a Computer Operator, you will be on the technical frontline, responsible for:
- Performing batch operations according to service agreements;
- Analyzing and resolving first-level issues across systems;
- Routing unresolved issues to appropriate teams;
- Developing support system management processes tailored to customer requirements;
- Ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.Monitoring screens to identify alerts and incidents, following scripts and procedures provided by the client.
