**Job Description**

**Position Summary:**

Execute indirect procurement activities:

-Procurement of non-merch product and services.

-Sourcing activities (Supplier develpment, RFQ/RFPs, bids, reverse auctions,price and terms negotiation)

-Vendor management (periodic audits, performance evaluation)

-Partners with Compliance and Legal department to ensure indirect suppliers arein full compliance (NDA, FCPA, AML, etc.) and Legal (contract, vendoragreement, etc.)

**PositionResponsibilities:**

Identification anddevelopment of a competitive supplier base capable to support the company growth and expansion with the objectiveto build economy of scale and supplier consolidation synergies. As well team upwith the US team to leverage their supplier base. Partner with Compliance andLegal department to ensure FCPA, Contractual, Financial capatity and Conflictof Interest risk are mitigated before is started a vendor relation.
