Serco are recruiting for a Composite Repair Supervisor to join the team based at RNAS Culdrose. This role will support the Senior Supervisor and Serco Support Manager in providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for all Composite repair matters to meet contractual delivery at RNAS Culdrose and manage day-to-day delivery of operational, development and management aspects of the team Fitters/Fitters Mates and Apprentices. 

Main Accountabilities:
Responsible to the Senior Supervisor and the Serco Support Manager in the maintenance and repair of the Merlin aircraft panels and components in accordance with the published procedures and instructions.
