ROLE PURPOSE: The Quality Assurance Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of food safety and quality systems and processes across all catering operations. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory, customer and internal standards, while proactively identifying risks, driving corrective and preventative actions, and safeguarding product integrity and passenger safety. The candidate will partner closely with Operations and act as the site’s food safety champion to ensure audit readiness, traceability, and consistent quality delivery.
