This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients’ sites are fully compliant—particularly around asset management, technical documentation, and planned maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete asset verifications across the UK in partnership with CBRE teams, clients, landlords, and contractors.
• Ensure all fixed plant and equipment are correctly identified and included in IFM Hub maintenance schedules.
