Compliance Function
- Conduct Compliance tasks required by external parties (auditors, etc.) and next Compliance level accountable (Volkswagen Group, Divisional Compliance Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the brand); first contact person is the superior Compliance function
- Implement effective measures in order to ensure that new or revised legal rules and regulations applicable for the local business of the company are identified and documented in a timely manner (legal monitoring)
- Safeguard that all new or revised legal rules and regulations identified within the legal monitoring process are subject of an effective materiality and risk analysis in order to determine the corresponding level of essentiality (analysis)
- Work towards the implementation of appropriate and effective internal compliance standards for each essential topic, such as organizational set up, trainings, controls ...
