Position Overview

We are adding an Operations Compliance Specialist to our Compliance Department to support our Northwest and West coast region. This position will report to a Regional Compliance Manager.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be to assist with the development of Project, District, and Fixed Facility mitigation action plan (MAPs), annual assessments and continuous improvement of the operations compliance program for the district(s) you support. You will be expected to understand regulatory risks and concerns, develop, implement, and document improvements to address deficiencies and mitigate risks. The role requires the ability to assist operations in regulatory risks and changes that impact our work activities in Engineering and Construction.
