PURPOSE
The Compliance Specialist manages the due diligence and risk management responsibilities needed to ensure that carriers utilized by WWEX Group meet WWEX Group's compliance standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Analyze motor carrier data to determine whether registering and existing carriers meet the company's carrier qualification requirements
- Utilize motor carrier monitoring services, government databases, and other resources during the due diligence process to identify and assess carriers that pose an unreasonable amount of risk to GlobalTranz; take actions to reduce that risk.
Maintain accurate background data on carriers and ensure proper record keeping in WWEX Group operating systems
