Monitor and maintain compliance with FAA Part 120 and DOT Part 40 regulations.
Coordinate and administer pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident/post-mishap, random, and follow-up testing programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party testing vendors, Medical Review Officers (MROs), and Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs).
Maintain accurate and confidential employee testing records, results, and follow-up documentation in accordance with regulatory retention requirements.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing requirements.
Process and reconcile testing-related invoices and ensure appropriate inventory levels of testing supplies.
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
