Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Operations Framework & Ongoing Monitoring Manager to support the development and enhancement of OSL's global compliance operating model.

This role will be responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, and continuously improving compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and operational controls across multiple compliance functions and business lines. The successful candidate will work closely with Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are effectively translated into scalable and sustainable processes.
