Key Responsibilities Regulatory and LFMC Oversight Serve as Metabit’s designated compliance function head under MAS licensing requirements. Lead the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, monitoring, and training programs. Act as the MAS liaison, managing inspections, filings, and regulatory correspondence. Trading and Market Conduct Surveillance Design and operate trading surveillance systems to detect market abuse, spoofing, front-running, and MNPI risks across the firm’s global strategies.
