1.The Compliance Officer (“CO”) is tasked to assist senior management to manage the legal and regulatory compliance functions of the Singapore and China Operations of a Singapore Listed REIT.

2.CO is responsible for performing compliance reviews periodic monitoring and reporting on compliance related matters to ensure compliance with Singapore laws and regulations, as well as ensure in-house legal officer (“LO”) of China Operation has duly carried out his/her duties to ensure compliance with China laws and regulations, and work with Internal Auditors to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures both at Singapore and China.

3.CO will work closely with outsource compliance team in the management of the legal and regulatory compliance risks of the Singapore Office and monitoring the work of LCO in China Operation.

4.CO is also responsible for liaising with external legal counsel on relevant matters.
