Financial Sector Regulation and Policy (FSRP) provides policy and regulatory support and analysis on financial institutions, insurance and pensions. The Employment Pensions branch administers and enforces the requirements of the Employment Pension Plans Act (EPPA), registering new Alberta‑based pension plans and monitoring existing plans to ensure ongoing compliance.
