Cornwall Council’s Property & Asset Serviceas part of ERA (Economy, Regeneration & Assets) is responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial management of the Council’s extensive land and property portfolio. The Compliance Team provides leadership in ensuring a safe and compliant estate in line with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements through the FM Contract and Corporate Landlord Assurance approach
Assist in the delivery of Property Inspections and Audit across the councils diverse Estate.
Monitor, Review and Assist in the completion of Property Related Risk Assessments.
To advise and manage a range of compliance functions which relate to the managementofassetsownedoroccupiedbytheCouncil,includingduties underthe Equalities Act 2010, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and elements of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant legislation.
