To assist FCE’s Head of Compliance and Compliance Manager in the fulfilment of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, by assessing management, functions and locations’ adherence to Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other relevant European and Global rules and regulations.

To conduct specialist regulatory project work and resolve technical issues escalated by the business.

Report directly to the Compliance Manager and support the Head of Compliance and Compliance Manager on compliance monitoring matters and provide holiday or sickness cover to other compliance team members.

1. Assist in the identification of all Compliance risks to which the business is exposed and help maintain and update the Compliance Risk Register for the bank.
