Position Name - Sr. Manager -HR Compliance & IR
Key Job Responsibilities: -
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary link between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
Union Negotiations:
Handle collective bargaining agreements, negotiate with trade unions, and resolve disputes. Visit to factories / project offices for ongoing discussions related to settlements and follow up visits to ensure the proper compliance.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company policies to minimize legal risks which includes:
Renewal of factory licences of factories
Renewal of Licences/Registration under Shops and Establishments Act at HO, R&D Divn. and other Project Offices.
Submission update list of factories/project offices along with their validity period of licenses/registration to the Secretarial dept.
Renewal of Consent under Water and Air Acts at factories.
