Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

• The Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving excellence in health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance across the Leicester PFI contract.
• This is a second-line assurance role, focused on governance, oversight, competence and risk control across a diverse operational landscape including vehicle workshops, transport, waste collection, recycling centres, transfer stations, and construction activities.
• You will ensure alignment with Biffa's standards while meeting all contractual and legal obligations, embedding a strong compliance culture and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Acting as a key point of contact for regulators and internal stakeholders, you will ensure operations remain safe, compliant and audit-ready at all times.
