Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in fostering a culture of compliance under the guidance of the Compliance Officer. Support compliance with relevant laws and regulations impacting insurers and financial services providers, focusing on FAIS, PPR, POPIA, FICA, and the Insurance Act. Contribute to the development of risk-based Monitoring Plans. Take ownership of Compliance Monitoring activities. Manage changes in FAIS profiles and report on compliance levels. Present findings and engage effectively with management. Maintain the Noncompliance Register and support ad hoc compliance initiatives. Assist in regulatory reviews, inspections, and investigations.
