Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to regulatory requirements while managing government relations and operational compliance across all assigned sites. The position bridges compliance enforcement with proactive government and regulatory engagement.

Responsibilities

• COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and maintain the site compliance framework, including licensing, permits, and regulatory documentation
• Conduct regular compliance audits and gap assessments across all sites
• Ensure timely renewal and tracking of all regulatory permits and licenses
• Develop and maintain compliance registers, trackers, and reporting dashboards
• GOVERNMENT RELATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain relationships with relevant government bodies, regulatory authorities, and enforcement agencies
