Compliance Operations Lead - Happy Valley Location:
Phoenix, AZ 85085 Pay Range: DOE Position Summary: The Compliance Expansion Lead plays a critical role in preparing and supporting new store openings across multiple states.
This position ensures all new locations are compliant with state-specific cannabis regulations, oversees staff training, supports operational readiness, and drives post-launch audits and compliance programs.
This is a highly dynamic role requiring extensive travel, cross-functional collaboration, and deep regulatory knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to review state-specific cannabis regulations and prepare compliance documentation.
Responsible for developing SOPs, onboarding guides, training materials, and flowcharts to ensure regulatory alignment.
Must create and execute internal inspections and mock audits to assess launch readiness.
