The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a global industrial powerhouse that is in search of a HR Business Partner to join its growing Sydney team and lead the HR efforts for its client group (manufacturing).

Reporting to the GM of Human Resources, you will have the autonomy to own the ER/IR landscape for your client group while being supported by a broader regional team.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will balance strategic program delivery with critical operational support. Your primary focus will include:

• Industrial Relations Leadership: Providing expert advice on industrial legislation and leading enterprise agreement (EA) strategies.
• Union & Stakeholder Engagement: Representing the organisation in collective bargaining, mediations, and arbitrations.
