This role provides critical compliance and systems support for field operations by managing XRS user and site setup, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate driver and equipment records. The Compliance and XRS Support Specialist collaborates closely with operating companies, safety leadership, and mobile communications teams to ensure regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and responsive customer service.
Responsibilities

+ Set up and maintain XRS users and site configurations to support field operations.

+ Troubleshoot XRS issues for field personnel and coordinate with XRS support as needed to resolve problems promptly.

+ Configure, monitor, and manage XRS alerts, ensuring appropriate notifications are sent to the field.

+ Run and review XRS reports, including drivers not logged in within the last 14 days, and follow up on exceptions.
