Our client, a well-established payments business , is seeking an experienced Compliance Consultant to support a newly formed team as they formalise and embed their compliance framework.

This role has been created to bring structure, consistency, and control to policies, procedures, and operational processes. You will review existing documentation, identify gaps, strengthen controls, and ensure alignment with wider organisational and regulatory requirements.

This is a hands‑on, independent role , suited to a self‑starter comfortable operating with minimal supervision and engaging confidently with stakeholders across the business.
