The post holder will collaborate with a team of building surveyors to ensure statutory compliance, oversee inspection programs, and manage construction and maintenance activities. This position offers a varied workload, including statutory inspections, asbestos management, contractor supervision, and project support, contributing to the safe operation and maintenance of the Authority’s property portfolio.
